Delays vary depending on the requested personalizations. <\/p><h3><strong>Express Service<\/strong><\/h3><p>To benefit from express service, the order must be completed before 2:00 PM on business days only.<\/p><p>Urnes D\u00e9p\u00f4t ships the same day, excluding weekends and public holidays.<\/p><p> <strong>Pickup and delivery times are the responsibility of the courier service<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Urnes D\u00e9p\u00f4t is not responsible for delays caused by:<\/p><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul><li><strong>A delay in receiving graphic material provided by the client;<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>A delay caused by the inability to process graphic material provided by the client due to poor quality or an inadequate format;<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>A delay in client approval.<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><h3> <\/h3><h3><strong>Custom-made products (handmade)<\/strong><\/h3><p>Lead times may vary from one artisan to another.<\/p><p>The order proceeds once the ashes are received at the store.<\/p><p>Delivery times are a maximum of 15 business days.<\/p><h3> <\/h3><h3><strong>Shipping in Canada <\/strong><\/h3><p>Shipping is free for all orders of $120 or more before taxes, as well as for orders of more than 25 funeral bookmarks. Fees apply for the delivery of orders under $120 before taxes, except for orders of 25 funeral bookmarks or fewer. Shipping costs will be added at the time of processing your order. You will be able to review the total price of the order, including taxes and shipping fees, before confirming your purchase. Certain oversized items may incur additional charges. We reserve the right to charge additional fees for certain postal codes.     <\/p><p>All our shipments are handled by Purolator Ground<span style=\"position: relative; font-size: 16.8px; line-height: 0; vertical-align: baseline; top: -0.5em;\">\u2122<\/span> and UPS Standard\u00ae.<\/p><div><p>Urnes D\u00e9p\u00f4t offers priority shipping and processing via Purolator Express<span style=\"position: relative; font-size: 16.8px; line-height: 0; vertical-align: baseline; top: -0.5em;\">\u00ae<\/span> (next day), UPS Expedited\u00ae, and UPS Express\u00ae. Additional fees apply. <\/p><div> <\/div><h3><strong>Signature on Delivery <\/strong><\/h3><div>A fee of $7.50 is required for signature on delivery.<\/div><div><ul><li>The recipient must be present to sign upon delivery.<\/li><li>If no one is available to sign, the carrier will leave a notice and attempt a new delivery or ask the recipient to pick up the package at a carrier drop-off point.<\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div><div> <\/div><h3><strong>In-Store Pickup<\/strong><\/h3><p>It is also possible to pick up your order directly at the Urnes D\u00e9p\u00f4t boutique. A team member will help you locate it.  <\/p><h2> <\/h2><h3><strong>Damaged Orders<\/strong><\/h3><p>Your shipment is prepared with the greatest care. Should you receive damaged merchandise, we will be pleased to exchange the affected product(s) free of charge. <\/p><h2> <\/h2><h3><strong>Unsuccessful Delivery<\/strong><\/h3><p>In the event of an unsuccessful delivery by the carrier, the products are returned to us. Return shipping costs and standard shipping fees are non-refundable.
